It would be difficult, because when matter and antimatter come together they destroy each other and make photons – particles of light. Somehow our Universe must have started out with slightly more matter than antimatter. Why and how this happened is still a mystery!
There is a possibility that two universes, one made of matter and the other made of antimatter, but of not equal amounts, may have collided and merged to form a single universe with an excess of matter. But this of course assumes the existence of multiple universes, something that us yet ti be proven.
